NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED INCREASES IN WATER AND SANITATION RATES
DILLON VALLEY DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held and proposed increases in the water and sanitation rates for Dillon Valley District (“District”) customers will be considered at the meeting of the District’s Board of Directors to be conducted at the Dillon Valley Shop, 1414 Straight Creek Drive, Dillon, on November 16, 2023 on 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. The Board will consider increases in the base and usage water and sanitation service fees.
Final action will be taken on the proposed fee increases at the meeting on November 16, 2023. If approved, the rate increases will become effective January 1, 2024.
