Dillon Valley District continues to mitigate inflow and infiltration into the sewer collection system.  The District uses video surveying to locate problem sewer lines.   The sewer line in Deer Path Road is being replaced in 2013 and 2014.  Sewer line replacement is scheduled for a portion of Little Beaver Trail in 2017.  Owners are responsible for repairs on their sewer service lines.  Discharge of ground water, usually by a sump pump, into the sewer system is not allowed and illegal.  All sump pumps must discharge to the surface.

The District completed an expantion to the water treatment plant in 2014. Treatment utilizes membrane filtration. 

Water meters are required in all properties. The District completed the initial installation of water meters in 2013.

Beginning in 2014, billing is quarterly in arreas. Water charges are based on actual metered usage.
